Connect2Law were an existing law firm who rebranded as Muve in 2019.  A dedicated conveyancing firm, they have a strong focus on using modern technology to make property transactions easier for their customers.

Their innovative service has seen them nominated for multiple conveyancing awards in 2019.

Challenge

Muve has it’s own, custom built client tracking portal.  Their existing case management system wasn’t able to integrate with the portal, resulting in time lost due to double entry of data.

Muve needed a system that could integrate with their portal to enable them to run all of their conveyancing cases, including generating the welcome pack, producing letters, provide integrations with Land Registry and complete post completion.

They also wanted a system that would allow their network of introducers to easily generate conveyancing quotes on their behalf for prospective cusomers.

Solution

Muve use Hoowla’s case management system to run all of their conveyancing cases, from generating the welcome pack, to editing and sending letters, documents, submitting Land Registry and carrying out post completion.

Using Hoowla’s APIs and webhooks Muve’s client portal is automatically updated with information to keep the client fully updated with the status of their case.

Expiry dates and reminders are automatically created, and Muve can also use Hoowla to generate the letters required for each case.

By providing their network of mortgage brokers and estate agents with access to Hoowla’s quoting system through dedicated accounts, their network of introducers can provide clients with quotes and be kept up to date with the status of cases.

Most systems do not allow API access, but by using Hoowla we’ve been able to update our own client web portal, which saves us from manually retyping enquiries into letters and emails.

Results

Thanks to Hoowla, key processes such as welcome pack creation and post completion are possible in a matter of clicks. Muve’s growing team can access the materials they need from separate offices, preventing unnecessary emails and long-winded file sharing solutions.

Automating the conveyancing process by using Hoowla also means that the chance for human error is minimised, while company level reporting as a whole is greatly improved.

Estate agents and mortgage brokers can provide quotes to clients on Muve’s behalf through Hoowla’s quoting system
