AP1’s go digital but why choose Hoowla to digitally submit your AP1’s?

Wait, what’s happening with HM Land Registry in November?

From November 2022 HM Land Registry will be moving from paper-based electronic applications to fully digital applications.

What does this mean for you?

From November 2022, you will no longer be able to submit PDF‘s or scanned copies of AP1s for changes to existing titles to HM Land Registry. Instead, you will need to use one of the following to digitally submit your AP1’s:

  1. The Digital Registration Service in the HM Land Registry portal
  2. A Case Management System or 3rd party legal software connected to HM Land Registry API platform.

You can use the Digital Registration Service now or you can use a fully integrated digital API case management system.
