Challenge

The main challenge Barnes and Partners faced was the need to adopt a more intuitive and modern system to improve collaboration between departments and continue delivering excellent client service. Their existing software, Proclaim, required an upgrade, and they sought a solution that would manage both case management and legal accounting more efficiently. This prompted their search for a system that could handle their growing needs while supporting their operations across various legal services.

Solution

Hoowla provided Barnes and Partners with a comprehensive case management solution that addressed their need for improved departmental collaboration and legal accounting capabilities.

The software offered automation of routine tasks, such as generating quotes and auto-populating legal documents like Law Society forms.

It also allowed the firm to draft and customise letters, organise workflows by department and case type, and manage legal accounts, including setting case spend limits, generating invoices, and performing account reconciliations.
