Hoowla Careers: Customer Support Representative

The Customer Support role will challenge and support you, so that you can work with and help our customer base.  We are passionate about improving an industry, helping customers and solving problems. We strive to provide the very best software and an excellent service to our customers and are continually developing new and exciting tools to enhance our offering.

The role isn’t just tech support, it’s people support. It won’t always be easy, but if you’re resourceful, ask questions, and enjoy helping people this could be the perfect fit for you.

What we are looking for

We are looking for you to join our customer relationship and new business team. You will help us : –

  • set up new customer accounts
  • talk to potential customers
  • train new users on the system
  • support existing customers
  • market our services

You will become an integral member of our team, helping to drive the business forward and improve user experience. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our software developers, our products, and gain expert knowledge of the legal software market.

Who we want

Skills are important, but so is attitude. If you love talking to customers and helping troubleshoot IT related issues then you will be in good company.

You must : –

  • be proficient with technology.  Knowledge of software systems is a bonus
  • care about the details
  • have strong reading & writing skills
  • be able to work under pressure
  • be able to work on your own initiative
  • have a strong desire to learn
  • be able to talk to customers clearly and politely
  • be confident and have your own opinion
  • be a problem solver
  • be a great communicator

It’d be great if you have : –

  • knowledge of the conveyancing/legal industry
  • experience in customers training or client account setup
  • understanding of social media tools
  • experience working in the software industry
  • an understanding of online software and services
