If you change your phone and need to access your authenticator settings, you can swap your old account to your new phone:

1. Download Google Authenticator on the new phone
2. Click on the three dots in the top right-hand corner
3. Then click on Transfer account and follow the steps provided

WHAT IF I LOSE OR BREAK MY PHONE AND I CANNOT ACCESS HOOWLA?

If this happens, please contact our support team by emailing support@hoowla.com
You will need to email us from the email address that you use to log into Hoowla and include a contact number so that we can call you back.

Alternatively, please call us on 01792 687146 and we will advise you through the process.

From the login screen click the Forgot your Password? link.

On the following screen enter your email address and click Reset Password.  Hoowla will then email you a password reset link.
