Background

For more than six decades, Latimer Lee, a well-established family-run solicitor firm in Greater Manchester, has been dedicated to providing bespoke legal services to its community. With the opening of five new offices, the firm set out to streamline its case management procedures into a cohesive system.

Challenge

Recognising the necessity to unite all departments into a centralised system, Latimer Lee aimed to bolster their ongoing growth, elevating their already outstanding service levels and refining quality control processes. They opted for a phased approach, beginning with the transition of their Family law team to the new system.

Solution

At Hoowla, we are happy to facilitate a gradual onboarding process spanning several months. Every department at Latimer Lee will receive individualised training at no extra charge, scheduled at their convenience. In line with their phased onboarding strategy, the conveyancing team will soon gain access to Hoowla E-Signatures, Land Registry integrations, and client portals. We maintain our commitment to treating each department with the same level of care and professionalism they would expect from an all-in-one transition to Hoowla.

Results

As of April the 3rd, 2024, the Latimer Lee team are continuing their onboarding process with our dedicated Account Management team. Following their Family Law department successful training, the Conveyancing and Litigation teams will be on-boarded with the same level of training and care. Latimer Lee’s family law team are already benefitting from offering not only time recording and spend limit features but also integrated invoicing and centralised storage for sending and receiving emails, case notes, and documents.
