We have a direct integration with HMRC for SDLT submission which means there is no extra cost per submission to pay. The SDLT form information can be automatically prefilled from Hoowla saving you time and, if part of your process, a pdf version of the form can be sent to your client to sign.
With a direct Land Registry integration you can submit with confidence from your case management system with no extra per submission cost. Fully compliant with the changes Land Registry are making in November 2022 and with AP1 preview pages as you complete the process to give you an easy to understand view of the submission.
Order OS priority searches direct from your land registry account through Hoowla at no extra cost other than the Land Registry’s fee. On ordering through Hoowla the expiry dates will automatically get added to your case and you can then report on them and receive reminders before they expire. The reports and reminders can help you or team members keep track of which searches need renewing.
Quickly list registrations that have requisitions from a global or fee earner view and then reply to any requisition from within Hoowla. You can send updated AP1 information, new or requested copies of supporting documents or send a direct message to the land registry.
See all your cases OS expires across the firm or by fee earner in a handy interactive diary view or list view. Each entry can be used to navigate to the case within Hoowla so the user can investigate any query or order an new priority search.
