If your current system is Indigo, we offer a seamless data migration to Hoowla.
We have successfully conducted numerous data conversions from the Indigo system, and we can provide you with references from our satisfied users who have previously made the transition.
The conversion process will begin with a test run, allowing you to preview what can be converted and how it will appear in Hoowla. We want you to be completely confident in the migration process.
Once you are satisfied with the test run and any adjustments, such as departments and matter type codes, have been agreed upon, we will schedule the live conversion. Upon conversion, we meticulously check all balances against various reports produced in Indigo before backing up and delivering the data to us.
While the live conversion is in progress, you can continue using the Indigo system if you prefer. However, if you do so, please be aware that any transactions posted or clients and matters created in Hoowla will need to be redone once the live system is installed. Rest assured, we will guide you through this process to ensure a smooth transition to Hoowla.
